Belinda Lawley is a documentary photographer currently based in London. She works on long-term, self-initiated projects, as well as commissions. Her imagery is marked by an interest in globalisation, technology, geography, economics, cities and culture. Her personal projects include work on logos and landscapes, CCTV, consumerism in Shanghai, modern India and landscapes in London.

Her photography has appeared in numerous publications - such as The Sunday Times, The Guardian, Time Out and The Economist. Her international work is syndicated by Panos. Clients include the BBC, Greater London Authority, Penguin, Sadler's Wells, Rambert and Laban.

She was a winner of the Impact Award, 2003-4 and has exhibited at Sadler's Wells (April 2005), Focus on Imaging, (March 2004), Ian Parry Exhibition, (July 2003) and LCC Exhibition, (June 2003) and Candco (2006).
